The most amazing fact about the Universe

The most amazing fact about the Universe is that there are some beings, 26 orders of magnitude smaller than the Universe, who are able to see and describe the Universe at range of 45 orders of magnitude: 19 orders  down their own size and 26 orders up. Do we have any theory which at least tries to explain the very possiblity of this impressive fact? I think there is only one reasonable hypothesis for that, consisting just of two esential points:

1. The Universe was created by a Super-Reasonable Being.
2. He provided these little beings with a seed of His Own Reason. In that sence, they are His kids.

This theory is called Platonism. Its most popular form is known as Christianity.
